The workshop
Gather, cook, taste, share and eat. Working together around the table, we’ll use locally grown and foraged seasonal ingredients — including herbs, nettles, crab apples and vegetables from Llysiau Menai — to prepare a meal to enjoy together. Along the way, Aimee will introduce different tastes, spices and flavour combinations, sharing ideas and techniques for cooking creatively and intuitively with seasonal ingredients. Everyone will have a hand in making the meal, before sitting down to share what we’ve created.
About Aimee of Earthly Feasts
Aimee is the cook and creative force behind Earthly Feasts, creating food and experiences rooted in seasonality, place and a connection to the land. She works with locally sourced, hand-picked and foraged ingredients, bringing together familiar and sometimes overlooked flavours in imaginative ways. Through workshops, feasts, retreats and private dining, her approach encourages curiosity about ingredients, plants and the stories and traditions that surround the food we eat.
